Nepal Insurance Partners with Lumbini Lions for NPL 2024

Shortly after the Ncell deal, Nepal Insurance also joined as an official partner, with branding displayed on player caps throughout the tournament. The deal was signed by team president Ishwar GC and Nepal Insurance deputy CEO Ishwar Pokharel.

The insurer emphasized its commitment to both sporting growth and professional development of players. The deal brought further legitimacy and financial support to the franchise as it prepared for its debut season. Cricket legend Shakti Gauchan was also named team consultant, while Rohit Paudel led on-field operations.
